![]() So Marci sent someone all the way to my wife's work! Wow! Marci was super responsive to any email or text message. My wife needed to sign papers but getting her to the dealership was a challenge. Throughout the entire process, Marci continued to be just a pleasure to work with. Even though she was off work, she responded immediately, and was able to get me a sale price expiring that night even though she was off and out of the office. She explained everything to me clearly, patiently, and professionally, without pressure or the inimical 'sales tactics' car dealerships are infamous for. I had never leased a car before in my life, and I wanted to find out about leasing a Volt. I walked into the dealership, 'cold calling'. Jonathan delivered a truly exceptional experience! Do your self a favor and contact him directly for your next purchase. We took delivery today (delivered to my home an hour away from their dealership!) of a brand new Tahoe! We (especially my wife!) can't be more happy with our new vehicle and the service we received. But Jonathan was patient, working with me on every detail and exceeded my expectations in all facets of the deal. We negotiated and I certainly wasn't easy on the guy. They had the car in stock and within a short period of time he provided me with very competitive figures. He listened to my needs and was very accommodating. My call was promptly returned by Jonathan Ceron, Internet Sales Manager. I called early before the Internet Sales Staff arrived on morning shift. I contacted Camino Real due to their huge inventory. I am a sales manager at a high volume Honda dealership needless to say my expectations for customer service during this acquisition were high.
